My Favorite Story of the Day!

How do i know that the Cindy Sheehan story is taking hold? when Rush Limbaugh claims that, despite all evidence that her son served and died in Iraq, she's just making it ALL UP! I'm not even joking. I guess when all else fails, you just pretend it isn't happening.

wishing for the salad days of the 'war' here's Rush: (there's no place like home! there's no place like home!)

LIMBAUGH: I mean, Cindy Sheehan is just Bill Burkett. Her story is nothing more than forged documents. There's nothing about it that's real, including the mainstream media's glomming onto it. It's not real. It's nothing more than an attempt. It's the latest effort made by the coordinated left.

Honestly, what is Rush smoking? What I love is that she has all this great evidence, and he has none. At all. Whatsoever. Hmm.

Wow. Great post! You have a terrific site here.

I have a Useless Bullshit Spam site. It pretty much covers useless bullshit spammers who post anonymous comments on blogs. Come and check it out sometime!

Dr. Wags, when are we going to hear about that secret stuff you mentioned on your fine site?

BTW, Adam and I both got Sin City if you want we can come over and watch? Also Kung Fu Hustle, which is 3 different types of awesome!

The "co-ordinated" left? Is that supposed to be some sort of a slam?

Since when is co-ordination a BAD thing? You wanna talk co-ordination, let's take a look at how co-ordinated Karl Rove and Robert Novak are. Or Bush and Blair. Or Haliburton and defense contracts.

Ohhhh those liberals. They're so... co-ordinated. What with the walking and chewing gum at the same time...

Guess he's back on the goof-balls.

They have some interesting info about the protest and the conservative media's attempt to spin.

I just don't understand how they think demonizing a suffering mother helps their cause. How snarky and condescending can the right get?

I can understand why Bush won't talk to her. I mean, if he talks to her, then he has to talk to ALL the mothers of dead marines. He's on vacation, dammit! Who has time for that?

Right Tabetha! I mean, he's got bike rides to do and everything! ha! that's pretty good!

I really think it is just this mentality they have. you aren't for bush, then you get trashed.

they've been that way to EVERY detractor from McCain to Kerry to their own staff that called them on the things they've done (O'Neil, Wilson, etc.)

I believe that Bush's presidency is run like a campaign from start to finish and there is not one part that isn't political from top to bottom. the problem for bush is that he's gotten away with it for so long, they don't know how to react when they don't get their way.

Seriously. i mean, look at Rush at the start of this post. he literally decided the best way to attack this woman is the pretend that her story was made up. MADE UP?! sheesh!

I guess, more to the point of your comment, i think that these people are more interested in their view of Iraq than they are in considering the human toll. It's showing, and it's not pretty.
