KERRY CHEATS? or old news made to look suspicious?

So my pal, Swirly Wand, and i are talking about the Democratic Primary. she says she heard a far fetched rumor that Dean is in this thing still, even after all hope seems lost, because there will soon be a bomb dropped on the Kerry Campaign. Kerry is/was cheating on his wife.

Well, drudge is all over his site with it today. To make sure you don't get distracted, he even cleared all other headlines OFF his site when this stuff all went up. Gen. Clark supposedly said :"Kerry will implode over an intern issue." in a (not so?) off the record comment last week. ONE BIG ISSUE is that it appears to reference something from years ago...possibly from when he's single. can you even have a sex scandal between 2 consenting adults? well, the GOP can always try....

The questions now are:
is it BS?
does it hurt him?
does #2 catch a boost?
Can Edwards pull it out?
is dean too far down to capitalize on this (or anything else)?
if Kerry goes on, does he enter the general election wounded?

we'll see.

After talking to the Swirly Wand, I agreed with her. Dems don't need another one of these right now. you know what they say...where there's a Jennifer there'll likely be a monica....i mean where there's smoke, there's fire. heh.
