Salon.com has published ALL of the Abu Ghraib photos which have been revealed to date as well as 19 of the videos which were filmed. You do not have to look far to see that there have been a number of people involved which have not been held accountable, not the least of which is the leadership at that prison...the ones that sanctioned what was going on there.
Every one should see these but none are easy on the eyes. I'm tired of Americans that shame America. view discretion is advised.
