Are They Even Capable of Following the Rules?

Seems another GOP'er, this time the governor of Kentucky, is indicted:

FRANKFORT - The special grand jury that’s been investigating state government hiring practices today indicted Gov. Ernie Fletcher on three misdemeanor charges of conspiracy, official misconduct and political discrimination.

The jury also indicted former transportation Cabinet official Sam Beverage with perjury, which is a felony. And the jury also submitted to Franklin Circuit Judge William Graham 14 more indictments that are under seal.

Those indictments cover crimes that may have occurred before Aug. 29, 2005 when Fletcher pardoned all administration officials except himself.

Nice move pardoning everybody. Is that kosher, giving what are basically get out of jail free cards to everyone you know? Hey jp! you're pardoned of anything that you did wrong. Shouldn't I have to say what you are pardoned for? If they murdered someone would that still hold? If the governor was up to no good when he pardoned everyone are those pardons still legit?

How many pardon's is Bush going to give out before he leaves office? Or will he be in need of one himself?
