Quick Note!

Remember how Karl Rove's defense for outting the CIA agent is that he didn't know her name? (instead saying Joseph Wilson's wife). Well, even that claim looks suspect as Rove even attends the same church as the Wilson family!

In whose freaked out partisan mind would that not count as outing her? If I said, "I don't know her name but your secretary is a CIA agent" I would have outed the person. Same as if I said "that person over there, whose name I don't know, is a CIA agent." So too would "I don't know who they are or their relationship to you, what they look or sound like, but the person you spoke to yesterday afternoon is a CIA agent."

They all count because they have all made the CIA agent identifiable. The whole thing is pissing me off.

man, i've been seeing/hearing that non stop. note the recent defense of his actions...attack Wilson and say his WIFE (and nobody else) sent him to Africa to make the prez look bad.

too bad only PUNDITS are saying that. the adminstration doesn't dare. also note that he was right AND none of this (no matter how you look at the above issues) changes the fact that Rove outted her.

the WH/GOP plan? say NOTHING, get the Sup. Ct. nominee out there and hope that story blows this one off the radar.

may just work if the press rolls over.
