Here is GOP Representative Mark Foley (52 years old, Fla.) 2 years ago speaking about the internet:

What was it all about? unsolicited advances on a 16 year old boy via email. The child was a page at the US Capitol. i guess that kills the re-election campaign.

At least he was speaking from a position of authority two years ago; the man knew what he was talking about.
