Quick Note:
The Democrats won the governors race in both New Jersey AND Virginia tonite. Additionally, a democrat won the race for state representative in the last of the MS special elections. She will face a run off in 2 weeks, but i'm VERY confident of a win. that means 4 State House seats claimed by Democrats!

it's a good day. i woke up to NPR telling me that ALL EIGHT PROPS in cali were defeated.
can't wait to hear how hannity et al. spins this one.
i'll tell you how, they'll concentrate on Bloomberg winning in NYC again and then it will be "virginia? what's virginia"
Unfortunately, the most conservative MAN IN AMERICA won the AG race in Virginia- the GOPer with ads saying "I'm the only candidate to graduate from Pat Robert's University"....theh only thing worse would be graduating from Bob Jones Univ.
And two of my firm's clients lost their delegate race-one by less than 300 votes....
and these were the two most OUTRAGEOUS REPUBLICANS running against our clients...in the grand scheme- GOOD DAY...but the RIDICULOUSNESS of some NOVA districts who really NEED LESS REPUBLICANS POCKETING THEIR PROPERTY TAXES...just shoot themselves in the foot.

virginia will take considerable work. i heard the AG race might go to recount. is that not the case?
final results on that MS race down in Wilkinson County:
Angela Cockerham -- 46%
Holmes Sturgeon -- 26%

5 more points and we'd have avoided a run-off.
