Once upon a time there was a blog called Catoptric, and on that blog was a writer named Gorj. He used to draw some of the best cartoons, often getting his most clever thoughts out through images rather than just plain ole text. He came up with an ongoing series, loosely referred to as "Bill Clinton, Kid President". I have one of his original sketches, which i post for you here today. maybe ONE DAY Captoptric will have awesome cartoons again, and maybe one day Gorj. will draw for us again. 'Til then, nobody's gonna be all up ons.
