Dirty Doctors

In a deposition today i had a doctor say he didn't like his patient picking a doctor by name because he assumed the client's attorney (guess who) would be picking doctors that skew their results to favor plaintiffs. he said that was a problem (in Mississippi).

I asked that asshole to list for me the name of EVERY doctor he's EVER seen in ANY field that shaped his records to favor plaintiffs and lawsuits.

he couldn't name one person.

I then asked him if he'd ever heard of doctors slanting their views for DEFENDANTS. he said he'd NEVER HEARD of such a thing.
