A federal judge just ruled against the Republicans that were attempting to force Ohio Election Boards to have hearings for 10,000s of challenged ballots (see the post below for details on this scam). Since they aren't being allowed to challenge on these bogus 'grounds' they're moving to plan #2:
Before the ink was dry on the judge's order, the Ohio GOP's top lawyer said the action meant the GOP would challenge such voters at the polls on November 2. 'WeOf course this strategy has LONG been used by the GOP and would be in place even if the 1st plan hadn't fallen through. i've dealt with this so many times, it turns my stomach.
wanted to have all these questions resolved this week,' said attorney Mark Weaver. 'Now they won't be resolved until Tuesday, when all of these people are trying to vote. It can't help but create chaos, longer lines and frustration.'
