As you can guess, it was distributed ONLY in Black neighborhoods. more evidence that the GOP doesn't care much for that 'liberty and justice for all' part of the pledge.

I have to add that this one is pretty crappy quality compared to the materials i've seen in my time. these guys aren't as clever as some. the pros are more subtle.
