RIAA gets sued for RACKETTEERING and EXTORTION

I'm not sure they have a legal leg to stand on, but some defendants have counter-sued the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), claiming their lawsuits for downloading and then subsequent strong-arm settlements amount to extortion. This is the sort of legal territory more associated with the John Gotti's of the world, but i have to admit...these RIAA guys can be pretty sleazy.
