Justices Overturn Texas Death Sentence

Amazing. This man had a stay of execution placed 10 minutes before he was to die in 2003. the Supreme Court Ruled this week that the prosecution broke the law by hiding evidence in his case in order to get the conviction. You know, when prosecutors do this, it not only hurts the innocents that get convicted, it insults the victims of the crime when the real guilty party is knowingly allowed to go free.
