Senate Panel Backs Bill to Give Tax Windfall to U.S. Companies

Just what we need. lets give the global conglomerates with the strongest ability to pay a tax cut. i wonder if my local hardwarestore will get the same coddling that Wal-Mart gets here? of course not. that would imply someone gave a damn about their future.
