Officials Say Bush Seeks $600 Million to Hunt Iraq Arms

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but I DON'T want my government to spend over 1/2 a billion dollars looking for things known not to exist. hell, i'd MUCH rather have them use the money searching for alien life, as that at least has a chance of being discovered.
