Feds are prosecuting Forrest County (MS) Sheriff Billy McGee for taking 2 FEMA ice trucks adn giving their contents to locals during the Katrina disaster. a national guardsman tried to stop him...she sheriff cuff'd him and went back to work.
McGee is a Democrat.

Man, I am sickened by this. That is just really a prime example of what was/is wrong with FEMA. That and the fields still full of FEMA trailers yet to be delivered to folks on the coast. In Hattiesburg you can see hundreds of trailers all packed into fields along the interstate...just sitting, while people on the coast live in tents. At least they'll be ready in time for warm weather...when it will likely be more comfortable in the tents.
how do your republican family members feel? about all this?
I haven't asked. This is the first I've heard of it.
