Iraq — the bloody hot spot upon which Bush has staked his presidency. Nearly 70 percent of people say the U.S. is on the wrong track, a 6-point jump since February.
I was listening to someone in the press the other day. they were being asked about why they don't report the 'good stories' about Iraq. She asked "what do you think is more newsworthy: a new school opening up or 100 killings a day and 30-50 kidnapings a day? Can you imagine what the press would be like here if that was happening...DAILY!?
