MAN, this is nuts. I don't know what to think, cept that i DO like McRae and that i don't trust Pittman. read this article on our court and see what i mean. i pulled a few quotes (the one about Whipping Pittman is funny whatever way you wanna see it):

"'I have 369 days left in my term, and I intend to have fun on every one of them,' McRae told Pittman in December, according to the complaint. 'I'm going to call you a 'Li'l Tadpole' every day that I can.'

The complaint said McRae threatened violence against Pittman, saying he would 'whip' him, and on more than one occasion 'cursed at staff and colleagues and has screamed at fellow justices.'"
