Wyatt Emerich owns a few papers in our state. this lets him get his editorials out on a pretty regular basis. His articles contain a few Hallmarks:

bah...i can't even continue this list.

Basically, we still have TORT issues on the legislative agenda BECAUSE of the extraordinary efforts of some Democrats in the House of Representatives. Emerich's details on the 'how and why' of this issue are so dis-connected from reality, it makes one wonder if his own articles are the only source he uses for news.

I've never met Wyatt. i can't wait to meet this guy. we'll have a few words.
